I am a week late posting this picture it has been sitting on the camera but I have been too lazy to actually upload it to the computer. The bump keeps growing not sure how much bigger it can get before my tummy might just explode but I have a feeling Sprog is at home in there and will enjoy her 40+ weeks so I think we will all get to see home much bigger my tummy can expand.

The first of many
So today I did the first of what will be probably millions of loads of laundry for the Sprog. I figured I had better have a few things washed and ready to go in case she decided to make an appearance early. I am thoroughly convinced she is going to hang out in there until 40+ weeks but it never hurts to be prepared.
I realized that my first baby had not made an appearance on the blog for a while so here he is in all his splendor sleeping the afternoon away. He really can't be bothered with all the furniture moving and craziness that is going on!

35 down 35 to go
So today marks the magical 35/35. I have been pregnant for 35 weeks and have 35 days to go until Sprog makes her appearance if she is a good time keeper. 35 days sounds like a lot and not enough all at the same time.
I have to say the last four days since I have given up work have been bliss. I have not had very much swelling at all, some but nothing to even mention. My PSD issues have been so much better very little pain to mention. Most importantly "Preparation Sprog" has begun. I am slowly going through the house room by room deep cleaning in prep to move everything around and start setting up Sprog's stuff. Looks like the cot will go up on Sunday, fitting activity for Philip on Fathers Day!

34 Weeks
Dear Sprog,
We are getting so close now but still have over a month until you are scheduled to make your appearance. Mummy finished up work on Friday and looks forward to spending the next five weeks prepping for your arrival. There is still much to be done, I want to give the house a deep clean as who know once you arrive how much more than a wipe down and a vacuum it will get for a long time. Furniture needs to be moved around so that your cot can be put together, your pushchair has arrived but it is still in the box and will need to be put together. Your clothes need to be washed and put away and I need to get your cloth nappies and prep them for you. I also want to have some meals in the freezer so that we have good eats when you first get here. Hopefully this will all keep me busy for a while as I await your arrival. I can't wait to meet you.
Love,
Mummy

The belly is not all that swells
In the absence of my bump photographer you will have to make do with photo of swelling I can take. That would be my before and after photos of my ankle swelling. The first was take about 6.30 am before I left for work. The second was around 7pm when I got home.
BEFORE
BEFORE
AFTER I should mention that even the before shot is more swollen than my ankles were before pregnancy but that seems to be the norm now. My Midwife has seen my ankles at their worst and says even though it looks bad it is not out of the normal range for pregnancy especially given the hot weather of late. I am hoping now that I have given up work I can keep the swelling down by being able to put my feet up more. I will be trying to get my bump photographer to get a picture soon so you can see something more exciting than my ankles.
